2. Responsibility and Liability

All massage therapists providing services through Centromilenium Malaga are independent contractors and not employees of Centromilenium Malaga. Therefore, Centromilenium Malaga cannot be held responsible for any actions, services, or conduct of individual massage therapists.

We do not monitor or control what happens during private sessions between clients and massage therapists. What occurs in the massage rooms is strictly private and is between you and the therapist.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

  • Cancellations and rescheduling policies vary by therapist and will be communicated at booking.

  • Please ensure your contact information is accurate to receive booking confirmations and updates.

4. Client Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward massage therapists and staff. Any inappropriate behavior may result in termination of the session without refund.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

6. Health and Safety

Clients must inform the therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to the session. Therapists reserve the right to refuse or modify services based on health considerations.
